WORSHIP AND DISCIPLESHIP

Developing our inclusiveness (this builds on our old goal of building bridges through worship).
Including and integrating new people who attend worship, Alpha, home groups, youth groups, etc.
Ensuring that our worship services are not just for us but culturally friendly to those outside of the church tradition.
Including people of all ages in worship and discipleship by providing differing worship styles.
Developing our awareness and response to God’s Presence in Worship and God’s presence in the whole life of the church through:

Prayer
silence
music/dance/drama
testimony
ministry - to one another
courage

SERVICE AND EVANGELISM

Be a church that care that cares for all people especially the socially excluded.
Evangelise where we are not evangelising. Identify where this is and respond.
